This 170 mm nakiri is forged from shirogami #2 in Sakai. Sturdy built as true workhorses, these knives have some heft to them, but taper down nicely to a very fine edge.

The handles are classic octagonal magnolia with a buffalo horn bolster: warm to the touch, gentle in the hand, and naturally secure grip.
