Workshop cancellation policy

Our workshops are often booked well in advance. Each workshop is limited to 8 participants, allowing us to keep the groups small and give everyone plenty of individual attention. We also deliberately keep our workshop prices accessible.

Because places are limited and are often difficult to fill at short notice, we have a 4-week cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Our workshops take place on Saturday mornings, which is a popular time for celebrations, family occasions and unfortunately also funerals. We regularly receive requests from participants who are unexpectedly unable to attend because they need to attend a funeral or because of other urgent matters. 

We completely understand that such circumstances can arise, and we genuinely sympathise with anyone in this situation. Unfortunately, however, we are not able to offer cancellations or rescheduling within 4 weeks of the workshop date.

This policy allows us to plan the workshops, keep groups small and maintain the level of personal attention and accessible pricing that we want to offer.
