Kanematsu shirogami #3 usuba 195

This Sakai-made usuba is made of shirogami 3 (white steel #3), which is slightly tougher than shirogami 2 and well suited to the demands of professional-style Japanese knives. It sharpens readily and takes a clean, refined edge. Each knife is fitted with a magnolia wood handle and a traditional buffalo horn bolster.
